Delivery & FAQs

All our cookies are baked to order. The cut-off for orders is Friday 9pm, in order to receive your delivery the following week.

Our cookies are usually shipped on a Monday/Tuesday. We ship through the Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour service and delivery is usually 1-2 working days from dispatch. This is just an estimation and you may receive your order sooner or later.

You will receive a message to say your order has been shipped, therefore it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct contact details (name, email, address details and phone number). It is also your responsibility to ensure that someone will be at the selected address to accept the delivery, as our cookies are freshly baked food items.

If you have not received your cookies within 2 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact cookiedwithlove@gmail.com and we will investigate for you.

The delivery cost is £5 for all orders to a single address.

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know before the weekly cut-off (Friday 9pm) and we will offer a full refund. Once the cut-off has passed, preparations have already been made for your order to be baked and dispatched the following week and we therefore can't take any cancellations or offer any refunds.
